The owner of this place Mariya, Hek has one goal, to rip you off! She will take your property and decide to sell it at her rate NOT YOURS!! You can request a change in price (SHE DECIDES!) she will refuse because it impacts her commission. Once you sign, she takes your property and SHE will decide what it sells for. Rendering your listing, for ONE year to go nowhere. Terrible place, terrible owner and zero professionalism and zero business acumen. Terrible agents who will do everything and anything to rip you off.
